7 Ways to Happiness

Realize that you are a spiritual being having a human experience; not a human having an occasional spiritual experience.

Come to know that we are living in a space-time continuum world (of illusion) albeit a very convincing one, but nevertheless an illusion all the same.

Beyond the 1% world of illusion lies the 99% world of reality. Although this world is hidden from most of us by doubt and fear (EGO), it is as real as anything we have ever or will ever experience. Know that anything ever experienced in the 1% world is temporary in nature, and that each individual has the power at will to alter the way they experience their reality. This can be done by choosing to change the way we look at things, for as Dr. Wayne Dyer once remarked, “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”.

We are the only ones responsible for every single facet of our lives. We co-create with (and through) divine source everything that is ever experienced. There is no such thing as luck and there are never any coincidences. We can choose to control this process consciously, unconsciously, or by default (through the collective consciousness.)

Everything that manifests itself as reality started as a thought. As we learn how to gain more and more control over our thoughts, (i.e., choosing ones that bring us joy and releasing ones that don’t) we start to come into alignment with source energy. Upon doing this for a long enough period of time we discover who we TRULY are at our core, and realize that there is nothing more important than feeling good.

Every day, in any way choose to be proactive and live with purpose. Give of yourself whenever and however you can, for even a smile is a gift worth giving. Know that it is never about what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters most.

Happiness can never be found and is certainly something that you do not have to work at in order to achieve; it is simply and unequivocally a choice – a choice that every being on this planet has the ability to make.
